Check out time is 9:30am on day of departure. If you would like to collect your pet in the afternoon, there is an additional late check out fee per cat.
We are open for drop off and pick up between 8:00-9:30am or 5:00-5:30pm every day. Please note that we are closed on all Public Holidays except Boxing Day.
Evidence of vaccination must be provided to Holly Lodge
We require that your cat is vaccinated appropriately with at least an F3 vaccine within the last 12 months. If they have not been vaccinated in the last 12 months, it must be done at least 14 days prior to their visit with us.
